4.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account on the sox6s Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. sox6s employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account profile promptly whenever that information changes. sox6s will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including failure to receive critical account notifications.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify sox6s customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. sox6s reserves the right to treat all activity conducted through your Account credentials as authorised by you unless you have provided timely written notification to the contrary.
4.4 KYC Verification
sox6s is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of your relationship with sox6s. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within stipulated timeframes may be suspended pending verification.
Pakistan Players: Accepted identity documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, and driving licence. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
sox6s supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. All transactions are processed and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. sox6s reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Allied Bank may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing timelines. sox6s does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions; however, USDT withdrawals may be subject to network transaction fees.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, sox6s may request an alternative method and will require additional verification before processing.
5.5 Funds from Third Parties
Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited. sox6s will reverse any such deposit and may suspend the Account pending investigation. Players must only deposit from payment instruments registered in their own name.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by sox6s are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count towards the wagering requirement.
6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, sox6s reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts constitutes a breach of the single-account policy and will be treated as bonus abuse.

7.1 Cricket & Sports Betting
All cricket bets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed. Disputes regarding in-play settlement must be submitted within 48 hours of settlement.
7.2 Casino Games
All casino games on the sox6s Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by approved testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.
7.3 Void Bets

sox6s's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sox6s does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. sox6s will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses arising from unavoidable outages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sox6s holds its international gaming licence.
